Neuenhauser Inc. - Formal Organization
Neuenhauser Inc. was formed in December of 2002 by the merging of three existing businesses.
- Sourcing Services International (SSI) - Textile Machinery and Advisory Services
- Neuenhauser Automation, Inc. (NAI) - Textile and General Industry Automation Technologies
- Neuenhauser Crushing, Screening, & Composting
NI has organized three business units sharing a common core and commitment to our current and future clients. As a service based enterprise that provides our customers proven technologies and constantly searches for improvements and new technologies to benefit their bottom line profits.
Our close partnership with The Neuenhauser Group of Germany (www.neuenhauser.de) provides the benefits of a direct link to new technologies being developed in Europe for Textiles, Automation, and Crushing, Screening and Composting.
Neuenhauser Inc. - History
2006
- NI begins partnership with Officine Meccaniche SPA (www.omspa.it) as a supplier of crushing equipment offering both jaw and impact technologies and C&D recycling equipment.
- NI relocates offices to downtown Greer SC in a 4,000 square foot facility.
- NI relocates its warehouse / service center to Greer, SC in a 23,000 square foot facility.
- NI adds three associates to its expanding business.
2005 - Neuenhauser Inc. Partners Make Acquisitions
- McCloskey acquires Viper vibratory screening machine company (www.viperinternational.com) and appoints NI as the exclusive distributor in FL, AL, GA, TN, KY, WV, VA.
- Neuenhauser GmbH acquires Autefa Automation GmbH (www.autefa.de) and appoints NI as the exclusive distributor.
- NI adds seven associates to expanding business.
2004 - Neuenhauser Inc. Grows Again
- NI adds Welker-Spintech (www.welker-spintech.com) as a partner for yarn conditioning and fiber inspection and screening.
- NI adds McCloskey (www.mccloskeyinternational.com)as a supplier of mobile screening equipment.
- NI adds Scarab (www.scarabmfg.com) as a supplier of equipment for the commercial composting.
- Knotex develops new products for technical yarn applications.
- Genkinger Hubtex is formed and selects Neuenhauser Inc. as the exclusive representative for the United States and Canada.
- Hubtex of North America joins with NI combining the sales and service capabilities of both companies.
2003 - Neuenhauser Inc. Adds New Products
- NI adds Rotorcraft (www.oe-rotorcraft.com)as a supplier of products for our Yarn Manufacturing customers.
- NI offers Neuenhauser off-loom take-ups as a result of the partnership with Neuenhauser Maschinenbau.
- NI forms the new Crushing, Screening and Composting Division for the sales and service of equipment
