Store’n’flow - Rotary Storage System
Store’n’flow takes over the packages from an AutoFlow transport system, transferring them to further processing systems.
Operation - Intermediate StorageStore’n’flow is capable of continuing to take up packages and to store them in intermediate storage.
- Grouping in simple and multiple storage sections as required
- Maintaining production on the spinning/winding machines without any unnecessary machine stops.
- Storage changing to varying levels, e.g. transport also possible to a different floor
- Capacity approx. 300 to 400 packages
- Packages can be placed in and removed from storage automatically in AutoFlow via an integrated control system
- The packages can be placed in and taken from storage manually via the control desk
- Complete data of contents on the display, e.g. quality, diameter, number of packages per storage trough, etc.
