The McCloskey 103SE portable plant applies modern screening technology to a classic mobile style. The result is a highly efficient machine for screening topsoil, sand and gravel, and crushed stone.
With options including a double screen deck live head and a double shaft shredder, this machine represents a straightforward solution to challenging applications. The 103SE may also be equipped with a high pressure spray bar system for use as a wash plant.

Designed to meet the demands of high throughput operations in quarrying, crusher circuits, sand & gravel and coal screening, the McCloskey S190 flatdeck screener comes equipped with 190 square feet of screening area, across a 20' x 5' top deck and a 18' x 5' bottom deck.
Combining this class leading screening area with the new McCloskey High Energy Screen technology ensures that no other 20' x 5' screening plant is in the same league.
With this aggregate processing power, comes flexibility. The McCloskey S190 screen box can be hydraulically angled between 20 and 30 degrees, allowing for adaptability to a wide range of materials, while the higher angle settings permit high production levels in sand screening that only McCloskey can offer.

This flat deck screening and stockpiling machine is ideal for heavy-duty applications found in quarrying and mining. The bolted construction screen box is 9.8 ft. x 6.5 ft. (2.98 m x 1.98 m) and uses a high tensile steel plate to handle screening of heavy
materials. The double deck screen box vibration is generated by an eccentric shaft and
counter weights. The top deck can be fitted with a steel punch plate or a mesh screen
deck. The bottom deck is woven mesh and end-tensioned for ease of installation and
removal. The McCloskey 123 is available as a wheel or track machine.

The McCloskey Mini Sizer is a two-deck, two-bearing screen that gives a three-way split of material. It works for all types of material up to 40 cubic metres per hour. The screen box is 5 ft. x 5 ft. (1.5 m x 1.5 m) with a screen angled fixed at 17°. Options include a trailer and hydraulic jacklegs for quick loading and unloading, and height
extensions to raise the machine and chutes to feed conveyors.
