- Drive Unit:
- Hopper Conveyor drive unit is located at the discharge side for perfectly straight run and simple alignment of the conveyor belt.
- Diesel fuel tank:
- Standard volume is 79 gallons. Ample for two working days.
- Screen deck:
- 1st row of screening stars mounted upstream of the hopper to reduce wear on the screening stars.
- Ample spacing between screening stars and the fines collecting conveyor for improved funnelling of the fines material onto the belt.
- Collecting belt edges remain free of debris for reduced belt wear.
- Additional free space can be used for the installation of cleaners (for heavy soil).
- Centralized lubrication installed on all bearings on the screen deck.
