  • Overall height: App. 13’-1"
  • Service weight: App. 32,000 lbs.
  • Hitch load: max. 2,000 lbs.

Chassis with hopper

  • Rugged frame made of rectangular steel tubing sections with hopper and integrated undercarriage,
  • Tire size 315 / 80 R22.5 156 / 150L, wheel base 48".
  • Brake system ABS sensors.
  • Lighting acc. to meet all US DOT specifications.
  • Draw bar is a removable assembly with towing eye to easily adapt to local requirements.

Hopper conveyor belt

  • Hopper conveyor designed as a removable assembly for easy mounting and locking in place.
  • Hydraulic drive unit with infinitely variable speed adjustment mounted at hopper discharge side.
  • Conveyor belt runs on spring-cushioned supporting rollers.
  • Hopper charge width: 12’-6"
  • Width of conveyor belt: 4’-0"

Star screen deck

  • The completely pre-assembled screen deck is mounted above the fines collecting belt conveyor and secured with quick-connection clamps.
  • Hydraulic lines are connected with quick couplers to facilitate screen deck replacement.
  • Screen Deck utilizes a weight-optimising design to lower weight and maintain high strength.
  • Screen shafts have flange bearings with all gears on one side.
  • Screening deck is comprised of 3 individually driven sectional screening assemblies.
  • Adjustable hydraulic drives, readily accessible at one side.
  • Fine guiding baffle sheets of stainless steel, screw connections for easy removal, prepared for the installation of cleaners
  • All screen shaft bearings are lubricated via a Beka-Max central lubrication system.
  • Screen length: 22’-6"
  • Screen width: 4’-0"
  • Screen fractions: 3/8" – 2 3/8"

Collecting conveyor belt

  • The collecting conveyor comprises two belt sections:
    1. Fines section (below the screen deck)
    2. Overs section (after the screen deck)
and includes a laterally slewing fines discharge belt .
  • All conveyor belts hydraulically powered with variable speed controls.
  • The lateral discharge conveyor is located at the right side (travelling direction) of the machine and is retracted for road transport.
  • Hydraulically adjustable discharge height.
    • For road transport, the end section of the collecting conveyor is folded.
  • Width of overs conveyor belt: 4’-0"
  • Width of fines conveyor belts: 4’-0" / 1"
  • Overs discharge height: 13’-0"
  • Fines discharge height: 10’-0"

Power unit

  • The power for the machine is supplied by a Caterpillar® Diesel engine, which features direct fuel injection, turbo-charger and intercooler.
  • Type: 3056 DI-TA/EPA
  • Power rating: 172 HP. at 2200 r.p.m.
  • Number of cylinders: 6 in line
  • Starter / Generator: 12V

Diesel fuel tank

  • Fuel tank is integrated into the chassis between the rear axle and engine compartment with the filler neck on the left side of the machine.
  • The 79 Gallon tank tank provides a sufficient supply of fuel for two typical workdays.

Engine compartment

  • Aside from the Diesel engine, this compartment also houses the radiator, hydraulic valve assembly, and the engine controls.
  • An on board management system monitors the operating systems and warns for such things as electrical faults, excessive engine temperature, hydraulic fluid overtemperature, insufficient cooling, etc.
  • Easily accessible hydraulic valve assembly and hydraulic pressure gauges.
  • The hydraulic reservoir (volume 61 Gallons) is located near the engine compartment.
  • A light in the engine compartment is provided to assist with “after hours" service and maintenance.
  • An onboard fire extinguisher with an A, B, C rating is standard safety equipment.
