• Light metal alloy flanges quality Q1 - Q2 - Q3 suitable for discontinuous and continuous yarns.
• Inside surface carefully machined and rectified with smoothness Ra 1,2 micron (anodizing treatment on request).
• Possibility of execution with braking grooves on flanges' rim and eventual covering with inox band.
• Steel tube completely turned for the optimal parallelism and electrolytically zinked for the best antirust protection.
• End pieces with pikes or conical adapters with toothed connection.
• Flanges, tubes and adapters numbered for the perfect assembling of the beams.
• Beams dynamically balanced as per ISO rule 1940 Quality 6.3.
• The construction is appropriate to the need of stability, precision and speed required by the processing condition.

Our technical service is at disposal to examine eventual different construction on specific requirements.

We have at disposal a check up service for replacement of pieces and dynamically rebalancing.
