Special machine for the optimum tying in of polypropylene and polyethylene tapes with a tying range approx. 0.3 - 6.0 mm. Strong knots and short knot ends are the result when using the "Tapemaster" for these difficult to tie yarns.
The heart of this exceptional development is a microcontroller using magnetic sensors. High-precision yarn pick-up is ensured by the magnetic sensors and a microcontroller.
The "Tapemaster" is also ideal for extremely low-sley warps (monofilaments to 0.8 mm Ø) and for tying all other natural and synthetic yarns in the range of Nm 1250 - 2 (dtex 8 - 5000, Ne 750 - 1.2, den 7 - 4500), provided a lease is available.
