MULTIPHASE – WORLD CLASS ENERGY SAVING

The MULTIPHASE type incorporates the world class technology of WELKER. It enhances excellent energy saving and high moisture gain. The cycle times are optimised at max. 45 minutes with one vacuum cycle, thus reducing process- and energy costs by up to 50% compared to conventional conditioners and steamers. The temperature range is increased up to 105°C for higher flexibility.

HIGH VACUUM means deep penetration of saturated steam into yarn packages for higher moisture regain. In the clean autoclave the vacuum system sucks the air out up to 95%. The ECO- SYSTEM water heater is placed outside the autoclave for better energy and temperature control. At the end of the process, the FINISHING SPRAY adds additional moisture to the yarn.

This system is an exclusive device of WELKER and increases the moisturising effect by application of a fine saturated water spray at the end of each cycle.

As final step, the AUTO- CLEAN device takes all the condensed water, residual fibres and dust out of the autoclave. The machine is ready for the next process with a completely clean autoclave.

UNIPHASE – STANDARD HEATING

The UNIPHASE type is the most produced model of WELKER since 1941. More than 800 machines of this type have been installed world wide. It combines standard features for high moisture gain and quality improvement. The cycle times are optimised at max. 50/60 minutes with double vacuum cycle. The temperature range is from 45°C up to 105°C.

CONDIBOX PACKTRACK

CONDIBOX machines can be equipped with 2 doors in a tunnel arrangement. With an automatic transportation system the conditioning and packaging can be completely automated.

QUALITY AT ITS BEST

The safety door system guarantees safe and economic production. The highly effective 70 mm mineral wool insulation with a high resistant cladding for the autoclave and door ensure a energy saving and environmental correct procedure. The heating rods can be electric or connected to a external steam source. The autoclave can be made of different types of steel, according to customer needs:

• STANDARD is a H II steel vacuum vessel with WELKODUR coating and a conditioning chamber made of stainless steel. This type of combined chamber enhances an excellent price/ performance ratio.
• INOX is a vacuum vessel entirely made of stainless steel, without a separate conditioning chamber.

AUTODOFFER

The standard platform C is designed for manual loading with pin trucks or half pallets.

An automatic AUTODOFFER system for pin trucks, pallets or boxes is the most preferred automation for material handling.

CONDIBOX SD

For one or 2 pallets the CONDIBOX SD is a cost saving option with a manual door, where the pallet is deposited directly into the machine.
